I started working out on January 25th, I have done an aerobic tape 6 days a week ever since, I have also walked a couple times a week pushing my two little ones in my double stroller and with my dog on the leash.

I am just starting to eat better, that part is harder than getting the exercise in!
Here are my starting picture and my picture after 16 days and then after 18 days of exercise.

I feel good now, I am so much more limber and energetic and comfortable, I am playing on the floor with my kids all the time now, walking with the stroller and dog is a breeze! I feel great!
My goals are:
to lose as much weight as possible before I go home for a visit in June.
to get down to a size 12 and eventually maybe a 10 again
to keep my weight down and continue exercising
to not die from a heart attack in 12 years (my dad was 44 when he died from his first)
