Jan 25 Time Crunch Workout 35 minutes and 20 minute walk
Jan 26 Abs Buns and Thighs 45 minutes
Jan 27 Better Body and Buns 45 minutes
Jan 28 Prime Power Fat Burning 50 minutes
Jan 29 Upper Body 35 minutes (I think)
Jan 30 1/2 of Body Sculpting Basics 1/2 the tape is 30 minutes, 30 min walk
Jan 31 2nd half of Body Sculpting Basics and 15 of Time Crunch Workout
Feb 1
Feb 2 1/2 Time Crunch Workout and 1/2 Prime Power Fat Burning
Feb 3 1/2 Prime Power Fat Burning
Feb 4 1 hour walk and 1/2 of Not So Tough Aerobics
Feb 5 20 minute walk and second half of Not So Tough Aerobics
Feb 6 Not So Tough Aerobics (this tape is actually tough right now!) lol
Feb 7 30 minute walk
Feb 8 Prime Power Fat Burning

Wow! It looks like you are doing awesome! Good to see you over here :) I've heard good things about the Firm tapes. I really ought to look into it as working out at home is about my only option till the kids get bigger or dh earns more money lol! Great job!

I really think the FIRM tapes are amazing. Each tape has a stretch, warm up, then the workout, then abs, then a cool down, then a stretch. There is also balance training, kegels, I can't say enough, they are awesome tapes!

Hey, could you give me some advice on the Firm tapes? I think I've seen them at Target. What would you suggest as a beginner's set, or do they come in sets on the website? Do you have to have a lot of accessories like bands, weights, or balls? Anyway, just looking for some general advice :)

I have weights, a set of 2 lbers, 3 lbers, 5 lbers, 8 lbers, and one ten and one fifteen. I also have the blue and purple steps. I don't use anything else. They use a dowel for alot of balance work, but I have been doing the tapes since the start without the dowel to push my balance even more.
The tapes I have are mostly out of circulation right now, and are still on vhs. Lol. It takes a while to learn the new moves on any of their tapes, but once you learn a few tapes it gets easier to learn new tapes. Their use of weights and the steps with aerobics, as well as all the stretching and balance work are what really make them great tapes in my opinion.
All the videos they have on their site now are different than the ones I have. If you are buying at a store I would look for anything that says beginner to intermediate.

Friday was my day to not work out this week, I do six days a week. Today I did the other half of the Complete Aerobic Weight Training that I started Thursday. I will do something else later tonight.

your workouts look great! Have you noticed and changes since working out? Weight, inches, clothes fitting better? I ordered a package from the Firm and am anxiously awaiting my videos:)

More flexible, more energy, more breath, calf changes, lost 1 inch on belly, 1 inch under bust, 2 inches over bust, and 1/2 an inch on each arm and each thigh. I'll take some pics! I can take some of my pants off without opening them, my hip never hurts, I am lots looser and I can carry more groceries and walk faster.
Feb 21 also did the first 20 of UCB
Feb 22 no exercise
Feb 23 20 of UCB and all of BHT

I am not dieting (ate 2 hershey bars worth of s'mores today) so results aren't coming fast, but I don't want to effect my milk, just trying to get in at least 30 minutes a day of exercise. This is me today, after working out 26 times since January 25th.

Feb 24 Fat Burning video, minus lunges and dips because I hurt my knee earlier in the day playing with Antonia
Feb 25 20 minute walk, Fat Burning video again, minus dips and lunges but with additional aerobic phases to make up for what I missed to keep the tape at length

March 15 weekend did nothing
March 16 weekend still
March 17, walked 20-30, not sure how long. I seem to have more milk since I haven't been exercising, so I think I may just keep up with the walking for now and not so much the aerobics. Not sure. I really want to lose more weight, but milk is more important right now, Caroline is only ten months old.
