I am finally getting back to normal....

Today I started for the first time after losing ~Emma~ back on October 3, 07.

I started cramping yesterday and spotting, then woke up this morning and AF is finally here! I am so excited about it!! This means I can really start trying again since my body is back to normal!

The cramping is killing me now, I rarely have cramping during AF. I haven't taken anything for it yet. Just trying to rest and drink lots of fluids.

If you have lost a baby, did your first AF after cause lots of cramping?

I don't have any cramping written on that chart, so it must not have been anything abnormal, but I did spot longer at the end of that period. Hope that's not the case with you!

I'm so glad everything is looking normal for you now! You sure deserve it!

ETA: That's a pretty short LP. Do you think you might have O'd earlier than ff says?

I was wondering about ovulating on my FF chart, but on my other chart it didn't show me ovulating yet. So I have no ideal why they weren't showing the same thing as they did for me on cycle 7. So I really don't think the Ovulation on my FF chart was right. Guess I'll wait to see when O is on this months chart.

TMI- I am passing a few little clots, but that is very normal for me. My body feels like it is back to having my normal bleeding cycle!!

I had enough spotting in January, so I'm hoping after this period ends, I won't have that much spotting. I usually have my period for almost two weeks, so time will only tell.
