cramps

i started having some funny cramps today. . . they lasted about 45 minutes. and no theyt werent any type of bowl movements or gas pains...

im on cycle day 19 and thats 5 days past my estimated ovulation day. we have been fairly active lately too....... (new apartment.. husbands excited) ...

Are you sure you ovulated already? Sounds like ovulation pain to me. Mine last sometimes up to 6 hours and vary in intensity. Were they off to one side?

I agree with Lisa, sounds like ovulations pains. Mine hurt alot when I get them, then they calm down after a few hours.

they were on the left side. and im not sure if i ovulated yet... it was an estimated ovulation date.
i did a ferning test with the "ovulite" the other day and i think it was a partial fern. ive never really been able to "feel" myself ovulate but im JUST getting more regular from having my baby.
the doc said my body could change alot.
