Is it safe to use when BFing? I know you can't use it when you are preggers. I want to start using it again once I get my IUD removed in a couple weeks. It helped to regulate my cycles when I was TTC DD#2 and I got pregnant the month after I started using it, after 7 months of TTC. I just got my first postpartum AF on Sunday and it is so light and spotty. But I know I O'd cause of all the EWCM I had. TMI??? LOL! Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

Yes, it is safe to take when bfing. IIRC, it can actually work as a galactagogue.

Ohhh, I love hearing success stories of those who get pregnant on something natural. I am thinking about trying vitex (http://www.seacoastvitamins.com/topic.php?health=vitex) soon as we begin to think about ttc #2. I also have not yet gotten my AF back yet since breastfeeding (it's been just over 12 months), so I'm hoping it will help jumpy start things, and then regulate them quickly. Good to know it works.
