Anyone remember an old post about a weaning memory book?

Hi- it's me, formerly chloesmom- don't remember if there is anyone here that remembers me. Anyway, chloe and I are still nursing strong at 3.5 yrs, but I am ready to stop... and I think she is too.... just needs a push over the edge to being all done.

So next sat we are having a weaning party, and I would love to make her a little weaning memory book... before the crash and the new boards, there was a beautiful post on this forum about a woman who made her dd a weaning memory book. ANyone remember that post?

If not, has anyone done anything like that? If so I would love to hear the details!
