New here, but NOT TO BREASTFEEDING :)

Hey everyone. I am a 23 year old usually typical southern California girl. All of my friends have given formula to their children since birth. Most didn't even consider breastfeeding. I have been breastfeeding for a year and a week. The end is nowhere in sight for us. I remember typing in an extended breastfeding forum when I was 8 months pregnant and preaching of how I too would be among the women who continue to breastfeed. They basically said "wait untill you get there, and then tell us about it" WELL HERE I AM. It's a mind set for me. I have had mastitis 6 times (crazy eater -- never on schedule) and I would do it all over again. I love everything about breastfeeding and I am constantly spreading the word. I recently been hired at super chic salon (that I could never afford to go to myself) in which the have daycare for the employees and I can continue to breastfeed. I love advice and I love breastfeeding mommy's, so I think I am home :)
