I was thinking about trying to use this in addition to my dieting and exercising, as I loose weight extreamly slooooowwwwwlllyyyy, what brought it up was my twins doc sugesting she start on it.
I want to get healthy...really healthy both physicaly and mentaly before dh and I have another baby, the mental part Ive got going, but I am still very much over my ideal weight.
I cant find any research about using this before you ttc...I would stop use for a while then ttc, as you should not use while preg or nursing.
I know it can have some severe side effects too, most of which can be managed by eating the proper diet, but I am also aware that some people even with the best diet still have too many problems taking it.
what do you ladies think?

I'm in the fitness industry and i would not recommend it. It gives almost all people that use it severe GI issues . Diarrhea is very common.

I took it when it was prescription only. I thought I was watching my diet pretty well and It helped me lose a bit faster than dieting alone. That worked for about 6 weeks of very strict dieting.
Once the novelty of dieting wore off and I had a slice of pizza or a bit of ice cream, I would get so sick. Every bit of fat passes through you. If you ever slip up, you could end up with uncontrollable bowel movements. TMI - I saw orangish oil droplets in the toilet every time I went to the bathroom. It was so gross.
I do not recommend this product at all. Not worth the money or the aggravation.

My husband's doctor said that a "mirical drug" for weight loss is usually never safe. There are always a chance of something going wrong.

I used it to lose about 10 lbs. Im naturally very thin, im 5'9 and was at 130. I wanted to drop 10, so i started taking it and exercising and watching my diet and it worked wonders. I dropped it within 3 weeks. I did have the gross oil like drops too, but its the fat. I recommend it. Worked well for me.

My SIL is using this product right now. The other day she shit her pants at work, no joke.
I don't know about you, but I would rather diet, and excercise a little longer, than shit myself.

Do not use it. You have to exercise and watch what you eat while you are on it and doing that alone helps you lose weight. Why add greasy drops in your pants? Do you know that it suggests you to wear dark clothing when you first start it because of leakage? As I have said before, "anything that causes anal leakage can not be good".
I'd spend my money joining Weight Watchers or Curves before I put that stuff in my body.
