Hello all! So I want to lose 25 lbs. by June. Do y'all think that is possible? I weigh about 155 now (I just had my baby four months ago) but I want to get down to about 130. That is my normal weight. I was probably about ten lbs over that prior to getting pregnant. I have a treadmill but what I need is discipline! Help! Any suggestions?

Welcome! Its nice to see some new people over on this board lol! Well, here is what I'm doing to lose 20 pounds--I'm working out 4-5 times a week (I'm stuck with dvd's at home--I'd love to be able to use a treadmill), tracking my calories/nutrient on fitday.com. I'm trying to eat more protein and complex carbs. I don't buy junk food. If I want a diet soda I have to go to the store to get it etc. I had a piece of chocolate cake and ice cream yesterday but I alloted calories for it and am no worse for eating it lol! Good luck :)
