Does anyone have any personal experience with these weight loss injections/B12 shots that everyone seems to be getting lately?

I need to lose at least 60 pounds and I'm considering this as an option. Diet and exercise alone are just not working.

Yes, I did the B-12 shot and adipex pills together under the supervision of a doctor about eight months after my first child and after I stopped breastfeeding. I plan to do it again once my baby turns 1yr (she is 2 months). I wish I could do it all at the same time minus the adipex. I need as much energy as I can get. The B-12 shots worked for me I did get some energy, but I also had to use them with a diet plan which help me lose weight fairly well. I used the shots once a week and had to return to the doctor by the fourth week.
