I had twins on February 2, 2008. They came really early. They came at 28 weeks. I am pumping to feed them because I really want to breast feed. In the beginning I was producing so much milk I had to pump every 2 hours. Now when I pump I get about 3 oz per breast. My babies are getting bigger and require more milk. I can only put them to breast once a day since they are still in the NICU, therefore, I need your advise, what can I do to keep my supply up and possibly produce more. Should I pump more often? Now I am pumping every 5 hours. Should I go back to every 2 hours? Will that help increase my supply? Any advise you can give me will be appreciated.

Yep. Pump more often. Maybe every 2 or 3 hours during the day.

Post this in the general forum. It will get more attention.
