If you see EWCM does it always mean you are about to O?

I am 9wks PP and last night I had a big clump of EWCM does this mean I am about ovulate even though I am 9wks PP and breastfeeding, I have been having light cramping for 3wks now could that be it too, I have not yet had my PPAF.

I am so confused, if you see EWCM does it always mean you are about to O or could it be something else?

I have gotten 2 + OPK's so I am wondering if I am ovulating.
