I would love to know about all of you. I am so happy to have found this site and i already have learned so much from all of you. I am so happy that i joined this site, being this is my first pregnancy and that i am planning on BF. a few of my friends and family have kids that are older and none have BF, so its great to learn all about it here. I thank you in advance to all my questions that i have posted and plenty of more that i will. I have been reading books but theres nothing like getting advice from real live mommies!

also what are the abbreviations that you use, like DD AND DH and what are the others so i am not left out in the loop!

So please, i would love to know all about you as i plan on being apart of this site daily!

Hi Lori and welcome! My name is Kim and I am a stay at home mom(SAHM) with 2 children and one on the way. Jonah is 4, Anna Grace is 2, and Lila is due in May. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 5 1/2 years.

This is a great place to receive advice and support! There are some really amazing women on here that will definitely help in boosting your confidence and help to prepare you for breastfeeding.

I was unable to breastfeed my first 2 children due to lack of support and knowledge, but feel very confident now after being on this website and doing lots of reading. The 2 books that I would highly recommend are, The Ultimate Breastfeeding Book of Answers by Dr. Jack Newman and The Breastfeeding Book by Dr. Sears. Good luck in your breastfeeding relationship and keep browsing through the forums!

Hi Kim! What beautiful names you haven chosen for your kids. Thank you for the abbreviations. This site has helped me out so much and i know when the baby is born and i come across any questions or problems i have a support team. I have been married since December to a wonderful guy who i adore and love very much, We have been together for 5 years now. As of now i am not working, i was a secretary in a hedge fund and left in October thinking i could find another job but didnt know i was pregnant, so...... i have been home and will be for my whole pregnancy, its very hard living on one income when your use to two incomes and i plan on going back to the city to get a job when the baby is 3 months old, i have my mother in law who lives 15min away so i am able to go back to work FT. I wish i didnt have to but i live in a beautiful apartment right now and want to be able to buy a house one day, and the only way that will happen is if i return to work.

I am Lea. I live in North Texas with my DH and DS. DS is 18 months and I am pregnant with our second. 14 weeks! We're not finding out the sex this time and it is so exciting! I am also still currently nursing my first and I am glad to be. I hope he keeps it up through the pregnancy!
