I just wanted to intorduce myself. I am new to this site since I have given brth to my beautiful baby daughter in January of this year.
She is not my first although I have no other living children at home.
I lost my first baby when I was 32 weeks pregnant in January of 07'. A little boy we named James.
I have a very rare liver disorder of pregnancy that manifested in my third trimester called Acute Fatty liver of pregnancy. My son was stillborn and I almost lost my life.
I just wanted to extend my sorrows to all the other mommies of angels on this site. Your life will never be the same

I am so sorry for your loss of baby James but congrats on your daughter. I posted below that it has been a year today since I lost my son Stephen at 19 weeks and you're right, nothing has been the same. We have a daughter Caileigh - 2.5 years old and the bright spot of our lives. Hugs to you and your family.

I am also so very sorry to hear about the loss of your son, James. But, yes, congratulations on your little girl!
My name is Kristen and I lost my son, who we named Scott Peter, when I was 22 weeks pregnant. It has been 2 years since my loss in March of 2006. 5 months after we lost Scott I found out I was pregnant. I gave birth to a healthy little boy and his name is Cole. He will be 1 next week! :) I also have a 3.5 year old daughter, her name is Hailey.

I am terribly sorry for your loss:( Your tattoo is an amazing remembrance of him and I am here to honor James and his memory. My prayers are with you {{{hugs}}}

I lost my second baby girl, Amber Rose, in 2005 and so I come here to find comfort and solace in my journey. I wish you the same in yours.

i'm very sorry for your loss but happy to know you were able to have another child. I had very premature twins (23wks) in July and they were unable to determine why so i'm pretty scared to think about having anymore. I lost my son on Monday so I do understand your loss.

Welcome. I am sorry for your loss of beautiful James. My first and only child was stillborn . On Jan. 31, 2007 my Avonlea was born and I was 32 weeks along. I am glad you were able to have a baby and make it safely. I agree one never "gets over" losing a child. And I hate the getting over it thing people thing we should have. But i'll stop that. I'm glad your at bf.com but sad that you have to be in this forum.
