We're part way to getting some answers.
Bloodwork reconfirmed my ANA issue that we already knew about and were treating. But it also revealed that I also have MTHFR to deal with. So, I will definitely be on baby aspirin (I've been on the baby aspirin for the ANAs) AND low dose heparin now.
We are still going to do an endometrial biopsy (next week) to confirm my LPD (umm, my LP is 9 days and my periods are quite light) and then we will know for sure if I will be on clomid or tamoxifen (our choice is clomid due to tamoxifen being L5) to help stimulate healthier ovulation and LP conditions (it seems I have low progesterone and low estrogen based on symptoms - that came on in November and have not gone away). We're going to switch from prometrium to a progesterone gel (not sure the name, but it's supposed to last for 48 hours!) for sure as I am not confident that my body is responding to the prometrium.
So, we're getting somewhere. I may become best friends with the pharmacist . . . So glad we have insurance! I figure, at least the RX cost will balance out since last time I was on Zofran and it was very expensive with insurance, but now there is a generic so it would be cheap.
Anxious to start trying again!
