Do you all always feel a let down sensation when pumping? I never, ever do. But I think my output is pretty good (usually 2-4 oz and 6 this morning! ). It's a mysterious thing to me. I nursed dd for 3 years and never felt the let down sensation. But she was fat and happy so I didn't worry about. Now with ds (12wks) I always feel a let down sensation when nursing. Maybe because dd was constantly on the boob and ds is a little more regular in his habits? I don't know if it matters but I read a lot about ecouraging let down when pumping and was wondering if everyone feels that tingly sensation when pumping?;)

Did your output change when you stopped feeling it?

I always feel the "tingling" right before the milk flows... either pumping or nursing.
