Or in other words, after a long, hard, exhausting few weeks. We are done and listed.
So, yeah, anyone want to buy it?

How weird would that be if someone from here really did end up buying it. Spooooky!
You sould try that saint, I think you may need it. The market is crapped out.

Not in the mood to move again, but I wish you luck in selling your place! :)

Is there a prayer to a saint for house selling?
I would try it.
Our market is looking decent. Not great, lower than a year ago, but the escrow to on market ratio is good and the time on market is decent, even sale price v. asking is good.
I am optimistic, but then again we only listed yesterday. :D

Yes, let me google for you. You have to bury the statue in the yard i believe.

Good luck!
I am pretty sure that I couldn't afford what you are asking for your house (I have looked at CA real estate before) and that it wouldn't work for my family of seven but, if I am wrong on either of those points then I would like nothing more then to move to CA.

I was going to post that.
Mom buried a St. Joseph's statue in the yard, pointing the direction in which we wished to move.
Good luck to you, I would love to buy it, but, alas, out of my price range (everything is out of my price range).

LOL I told my parent about ST Joseph. Their house has been on the market for 6 months and I was going to send them one as a joke. If it works even better.

We live in the DFW (Texas), but we had 2 offers after just 3 days of placing our house the market! We ended up with $5000 more than list price, in fact.
Wishing you the same fortune!

"Anyone want to buy a house?"
Fake French accent:
I've already got one. It's very nice... (End Monty Python quote)
Mine's for sale, too. You sound much better prepared than I am!

Only if it comes with a bridge.
We used the St Joseph statue 3 times and had excellent luck all 3 times. The last one was on my parents house- they rejected the idea over and over. I had a friend of mine go over there and bury it. The house had been on the market for a year at that point. 3 weeks later the contract was signed.
I believe.

Good luck to you!! Where are you planning on going?
We are headed back South, to San Diego specifically, where we met and got married. We temporarily moved here 8 years ago and have been dying to get back ever since.
It is closer to my family too, which is a huge bonus.

Beautiful house. Hope you get to sell fast as it is move in ready, very neutral and modern. I love the music on the video, it transported me to the house, the area, everything and I am very far away!

Your house is really nice!
We buried the St. Joseph statue near our for sale sign and from list to close it was 31 days in a saturated market. I am a strong believer! Best of luck for a quick sale!

Very luxurious. I don't think I could afford to live in California. If I could, we would choose San Diego too.

It already sold so you can't have it now! Freaking 5 days on the market. She worked hard for it though.
