Ok so my baby will be 3 months old next week and I am feeling confident with my supply so I would like to start focusing on losing some weight. How many calories should I be eating a day to lose weight and not effect my supply?

I was about to post this same question. I'm using weight watchers and there is n option you check if you're breastfeeding. But I'm extremely active, so I'm worried about my supply. Is it still 1600-1800 if you're really active? And how do I know if I'm overdoing it and need to eat more? THanks!

I thought Weight Watchers had an allowance for nursing months.... that was at least 2 years ago when I was doing WW.

I'm doing WW online and yes they do. But i'm so active and I often work out during hot parts of the day (FTR not by choice- I play soccer and some of the pickup games are during hot parts of the morning- like 10-12 AM), so I was worried that maybe even with the allowance I was not eating enough. But when I weighed myself yesterday, I weighed the same as two weeks ago, so my weight loss seems to have stopped. I will take that to mean I'm eating enough. :) I'm going to focus on hydratin.
