We just signed a contract to purchase land. The sellers have verbally agreed, but they have until tomorrow to sign the contract. I'm so excited. I want a yard so badly. Rylan loves playing outside. We live in a condo; right now we don't have any yard.

We didn't get the land. I guess we are going to have to look a little longer. Now the good news.....by tomorrow morning I should be an Auntie. My sister was just admitted to the hospital.

There is no house on the land. We plan on building. My dad and my brother build houses. If we get the land, it will be 1 yr -18 moths before we have a house.
