I currently pump 3x a day at work M-Th and DS takes 15-18oz while I am away. I have quite a freezer stash built up and would like to pass along my pump to my sister in June. DS will not be 1 until August. If I slowly wean off the pump this month, is it conceivable that I will be able to feed ds in the morning before work, during my lunch break and then at night and still maintain my supply?

WOW! Great job. Depending on how much the baby takes over the coming weeks and how much is stored you may indeed be able to do this. It is hard for me to predict but you have a great start. You absolutely can feed with the pattern mentioned and keep a decent supply for a nearly 1 year old but only you can truly assess what you have and what you will need. Happy almost birthday!

By my calculations I have around 400 oz. in the deep freeze.

Again, depending on the baby's weight and how much he is taking you may be ok especially if you continue to store a bit now.
