Hi! I have a question about pumping and my supply. I have a 3 month old daughter who weighs about 15 lbs. She is feeding great but I have been back at work for about 3 weeks now and when I pump I only can get 2 oz each time. I know that I am not pumping enough to keep up with her demand while I am away from her. How do I pump for/keep up with the demand? I am almost ready to feed her formula and I don't want to do that.

Try to pump at the same time every day...so if you pumped at 11 a.m. today, you will pump at 11 a.m. tomorrow. Add a pumping in the morning after her morning feed, when prolactin levels are highest (this is the breastfeeding hormone)

Thanks! I will try this and see how it goes!
