Who has been doing it? How has it been going?
I am on week two. I missed yesterday, but I am going to make up for it today. I have lost 5lbs already and I feel so good after I work out. This is the first time that I have been really excited to work out.
10-15 more lbs to go!

Crystal, how are you doing?
I am on week 3 now and it is getting more natural as it goes. I am seriously loving this program. I haven't dropped more than 5lbs so far, but I have noticed that I am more slimmed and toned already. I went to work on Friday and people noticed a difference. Yea!!!
Do you get that stupid party train song stuck in your head?

I don't need to lose weight but I do want to tone up my stomach better. Will this help with that, you think?

I hopped on the Turbo Train, and so far, I love it. I don't feel like I'm dreading the workout. What's funny is that I haven't "worked out" since well before dd2 was born (ahem:since like two years ago, lol) and yet I feel slightly winded, muscle achy, but I'm drenched in sweat afterwards. I feel great!
And I notice now that my abs are naturally contracting when I do certain things, like bending over. Before, it just hung there. I noticed it when I was picking dd up this morning. It seemed like my body wanted to tighten the abs. Yeah!

What is your favorite turbo Jam workout? I had one or two that I got used on Ebay that I didn't care for.

Hmmm...so far I think I like the 20 minute and the abs one. Other than that I've only done the cardio and the learn and burn.
I hate ab workouts, but I love TJ's ab one!

I heard about turbo jam, is it fun when you work out? I need something that will make me look forward to working out. How do you like it?

i bought the dvd about two years ago. I did the work outs a few times but then got into a car accident (it wasnt bad, I was just real sore) and just stopped.
The work outs were fun, just like dancing. I mean to start back up, but Im a big time procrastinator, and my body shows it.
If you like dancing I think you will like the work outs

I've been eyeballing that program since just before I found out I wa pregnant with Zoey. I love dancing so I figure it would be a good on for me to stick with, and I would just dance around the house but I like the way they are able to focus on Ab work.

Amy, you'll probably like it then. I am starting it up again tomorrow. It is fun and really easy. Your core is targeted and so is your butt and legs since you are in a low stance for most of it. It is also surprisingly low impact. They show a different way to do the exercises if you are not able to take impact a lot, but really there isn't much hard impact to begin with.
I also borrowed Carmen Electra's strip aerobic DVDs from a friend of mine. I don't know how that one will go though.

I just started my work out this morning. OMG I am so out of shape, I could hear a creak with every movement. I really want and need to stick with this, I have so much weight to loss. But I'm not going to focus on that, I just want to get in to better shape. I like to dance so this should be fun. Wish me luck.

Amy, I haven't tried the strip aerobic dvd's yet. lol I just can't get myself to do them.
I'm back doing Turbo Jams though. I have to do this for my mental health. There is no denying that it helps.
