Does any one know what decongestants are ok to take while breastfeeding?

Generally speaking, decongestants should be avoided due to its effects on milk supply.

Kerry's spot on, not many women can take them without a dip in their supply. By their nature, they're to dry those sinuses up, ergo, that's going to spill over into milk supply with a drying effect. Some, like me, can eat sudafed like candy, with no ill effects. But, a gal on debates took a half a dose and it zapped her supply quite quickly and she had to work very hard to get it back to where it needed to be. That's enough for me to not suggest it to anyone.
Do you have a cold? Allergies? Have you tried using saline in the nose to rinse it out? Burns, yes, but it really helps. If you've got allergies, there are safe meds to take that won't zap your supply.
Hope you're feeling better soon!

I second the saline suggestion. That's what I use.
For allergies, I actually drink a Coke. It helps. I know it's bad for me, but it helps me stop sneezing.

I third the saline, try a neti pot, the kits you get in the drugstore or wallyworld, wherever, have premeausred salt packets that don't burn.
Why does the coke work? the caffine?

Yuck! I'm sorry. When I was nursing I used Saline drops and a humidifier.
Feel better soon!

You can always try some wasabi, or spicy mustard (it will definitely clear up your sinus)
