I am having Overactive letdown since the past 6 weeks. I am still doing block nursing(3-4 feedings per breast) along with different positions for feeding. Whenever my son leaves my breast due to heavy milkflow, I squeeze out milk onto a towel till the flow slows & then continue feeding(2-3 times per feeding). Feeding like this is ok at home but very difficult & frustrating when we have to go out. What is the next step inorder to reduce milk supply quickly?

Wear a tight fitting bra. Your breasts are so sensitive that even a little bit of jiggling makes more milk come in. Bras and cabbage leaves (stuff your bra with the fresh green leaves) can really help do what the block nursing can't do for some women!

Thanks, will surely do so. My right breast leaks a lot. If I don't use that breast at all during night, then in the morning I get around 5 oz from that. My left breast doesn't leak at all, but gets engorged quickly. From that one I get around 6 oz in the morning. I don't know why they behave differently. Also, can you suggest a good nursing accessary(apparel) while air travel?

Everybody's breasts behave differently! I would wear whatever is comfortable for YOU including an underwire bra. As far as shits and blouses, I thing something with buttons is the easiest. There seems to be lots of nursing wear on the market but I am not sure what line everybody loves!!! I love all the ads in MOTHERING magazine and I am sure some of those are reasonably priced.
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!
