My 3month old won't nurse anymore.

My baby is 3 months old. Two weeks ago she refused to nurse. Since I went back to work full time I haven't been able to nurse as often. She just cries and turns her head away when attempting to nurse her. My milk supply is low and I'm not pumping much at all. I don't want to dry up completely. I planned on nursing her till at least 6 months. I'm really distraught because I love the bond and benefits to my baby. Can I re-train her to nurse and get my milk supply up again?

First get your supply back to where you have lots of milk, then she will no doubt be more willing to nurse.

Then, offer her the breast frequently and if she takes it for even 2 minutes, consider this a win.. Keep trying, she will no doubt come back.

Try not to take it personally. It is hard for her too!
