milk supply problems

I quit breast feeding for a week because i was having to pump all the time but it was getting inconvient because i also have a 2 year old that wants me to hold her all the time so it was very difficult to pump or for my new baby to eat. Now i'm wanting to start breast feeding again because formula is getting to expensive but my milk is almost all dried up. Is there anything i can do to help me produce more milk?

Pump at the same time every day. See if you can rent a hospital grade breast pump.
You should see a gradual increase in output on a daily basis.
