can't keep up...

My ds will BF for about 45 min. on each breast, and when he's done he acts like he's still starving. He has plenty of wet diapers, about 9 a day, so I know that he's eating enough, but he will scream and scream until he's put back on the breast! I can't keep up with this! If I'm to tired to put him back on the breast, then I'll give him a bit of formula, and he'll eat about an ounce. Is there something wrong with my supply? Oh, my ds is 2 1/2 months old and weighs 15 pounds.

Do you have a sling? Sometimes "wearing" the baby will help soothe them, while freeing up your hands (and breasts!)
He wants to be close to you :)

I have a sling, and I do use it, and he will fall asleep while he's at the breast, so that I know, but he really wants to eat as well! Is it something that will pass? I don't mind him being close to me, and he does fine while he's snuggling, it's just the constant nursing.

CLuster feeding will usually begin to cease around the 3 month mark - and then when he is 15 and balking at you, you will look back on these days fondly.
