a good friend advised me to try conjugated linoelic acid to aid weight loss. Can i take this if i am still breast feeding. My daughter is nearly 8 months!

Well, I had to google it because I didn't know what it was. I have no idea if it affects breastfeeding, but to be honest, I have tried every diet and diet pill there is and the only thing that has ever helped me lose weight and keep it off is eating in moderation, drinking water, and walking. Good luck with whatever you decide!
