starting to pump

What is the best way to start a supplY? I want to start pumping but feeding right now. I don't want to end up making too much milk. What is the best approach?

Try pumping one breast while feeding off the other one.

usually i offer her both in each feeding....can i still do that then?

First feeding in the morning you may have enough milk to just have her feed on one and you pump, but you can always offer the breast you have just pumped when she finishes and you pump the breast she was just feeding on.
