my almost 6 week old son is having severe tummy pain when feeding. it is not all the time but seems to be getting more frequent. my daughter (now 3yrs) had this problem too and was ultimately and unfortunately put on formula. i refuse to go this route again but it is getting very difficult. the crying is unbelievable and is making me feel sadistic. i have taken cow's milk out of my diet but the problem persists. i have a huge milk supply. also, i am having strange pin prick sensations in my breasts and my nipples are looking very "pink" in the past 2 days.
