Could that be for real? I just thought for farts and funnies, I'll measure my waist (since that's where I feel a lot of the improvement, posture and muscle wise). I started TJ on Tuesday last week, so today made workout #8. I made sure to stand straight the first time last week, shoulders back, etc and NOT LOOK AT THE TAPE until I took it off-39".
Did the same today-38". I think I'm seeing things.....:confused:
