I hope his promotion sends MILLIONS of dollars into SMA! If you have any idea of Perez Hilton, his site gets MILLIONS of hits a week! This is HUGE!!!

SMA is the disease that stole Marshall Daniel Mo Potter from his family. Laurie, if you are reading this, I am SOOOO happy for the SMA families this morning!

Oh yeah, the comments are always awful, and OTT, but this posting will send millions of hits to that site he promoted!

Despite the seemingly shallowness of the site, it is good that he publicizes this and other worthy causes...I know he had a link to the JDRF a few weeks back with a posting about Nick Jonas (he is a Type 1 diabetic).

I hope they raise tons of money for SMA!!

Yeah, and what I like is that he picks causes that generally don't get tons of traffic. I hope it's a HUGE boon for SMA!

Good! A good friend of mine, Kenna, will lose her son to SMA as well. It truly breaks my heart what these families go through.

I'm just super happy for SMA research. Hopefully they get a ton of donations. Perez will ALWAYS be a douchebag, ain't nothing changin' that!

I know of SMA only from being on this board. It is amazing that we rarely hear about it. I'm so sad for all of these little babies and for their families. That video made me cry, to see that little baby, so loved and so loving, knowing they are so sick... it's incredibly heartbreaking. Who are those assholes leaving those comments!????
