Veggie stew.
I know,its like 9million degrees outside(ok that may be a small exaduration),
and I am making stew.
- We need to go grocery shopping bad-and the only thing I had on hand is loads of produce that was going bad.So I just diced it up and seasoned it.

We are having Chilli tomorrow for dinner even though it is hot out.

We had ribs & pork chops off the grill, along with baked beans & chips and dip ~ lazy meal for me!

We were really lazy and went for Chinese. I am tired and just didn't feel like cooking tonight :)

DH made hamburgers. We also had baked beans and watermelon. Easy meal for a busy night.

we had chopped pork with green salsa, yellow rice, and black beans. We also had tortillas and some sour cream. very tastey
