You could try one of those upside down hanging tomato plants. My friend had good luck with those one year.
Strawberries can grow in pots, as well as tomatoes. Lettuce. You can pot about any herb--in my kitchen window I have one of those multi-plant pots with several different herbs in it. I saw a neat pot the other day at the farm supply store that was just a square pot labelled "tea garden". It had a couple of different types of mint, chamomile, and a few other common tea herbs in it.
Really, I'd say any vegetable except root plants and possibly your vines (although you could train them up a trellis of some sort).
Grapes are shallow rooting as well, so I don't know why they couldn't be grown in a pot.

Depends on your location and how much time/money you're willing to invest. But it can be done! Check out these sites for some ideas and suggestion! Good luck, I love the ones I have!
