Did breastfeeding dry out your skin?

I know that the extra estrogen in the body during lactation can cause decreased vaginal lubrication. Couldn't it cause dry skin, too? My face has been super flaky and itchy since I gave birth. I'm still using the same moisturizer and Cetaphil cleanser on my face.

What do you do for dry skin? This is a completely new thing for me. My face is usually pretty oily. Any recommendations?

My feet have been especially dry since giving birth. Usually in the summer I don't need any lotion. I thought I was the only one!

Yes. Hormones can cause dry and oily patches, I believe.
