I know this little boy's grandmother so I've been reading about his life since day one and I feel like I know him! My heart is just broken for his family but I am so happy for him. No more pain sweet baby.

I'm totally crying. That poor family. I have 3 boys and the thought of losing one of them is heartbreaking. They're not complete w/out each other. :(
