It has been amost 6 weeks since I had DS via c-section and I hate hate hate my stomach above the incision. What can I do to get rid of my roll above the incision line? It looks like I have a ponch. :crying:

i am probably not the norm, but if you find yourself this way then you won't be alone. i am 10 MONTHS almost post c section and i still have that pouch. i just say its because of bfing and have another cookie, when i feel bad. but seriously i am starting to watch what i eat, which i never had to do before baby. but the best of luck to you moms. if anyone has suggestions i would love to hear also...

Skin can take 6 months to a year to return to where it was but there is certainly some permanent stretching that never goes away. Have all of your babies and if you still feel strongly that this pouch is causing you too much anguish it could easily be repaired surgically.

I would try to use something like "A Warrior's Guide to Life" which is a book on fitness and nutrition or P90X (which is really hard but has dramatic results). The first suggestion might be better because it has a whole section with recipes and a plan that would coincide with breastfeeding (you would not get over exhausted or under fed)... you eat 5 small nutritious meals a day and they are easy to prepare. Give these s shot!!

my idea is u people can start doing static form of abdominal exercises, where u dnt need to work hard enough to reduce ur belly.

I had my little girl Emma 2 months ago by c-section it was of corse after 36 hours of labor but they didn't know she was so big 8pounds 15onzs ya she made a big probly with my tummy i was 110 then i became 158. My secret to getting rid of that puggy part is a dietary supplement i use called Carb Blockers 2. They work wonders i take them before every meal and dont feel guilty of what im eating, Im not saying get this and it will disapear on its own but it will for sure help if you exercises and try. I am back down to 123 i am 13 away from my normal weight again. I probly wouldnt be here if it won't for trying them. You can get them off my webite www.amway.com/lauravpearce under nutrition then weight managment if you are trying to loose the loose flab then you need to get this.

I am now 3 months after giving birth is to okay now to exercise and abdominal exercise after having a normal delivery? Although, I'm on a normal delivery but I my tummy is big because I always ate a lot and always hungry every now and then. I purely breastfeed my 3 months baby.
