Hi,
I have a 6 1/2 month old baby girl. I am having trouble keeping my supply up. I have tried the Fenugreek supplement. I just recently got a script for Reglan. I am not sure what else I could try. My little munchkin LOVES her "momma milk!" HELP!!

Thanks,
Tiffanie

nurse, nurse, nurse and then nurse some more! If you can, spend a day or two letting her nurse whenever she wants and you are bound to see an increase!!!!! hth!

I have tried nursing her as much as possible. It appears that I am not getting anywhere. I nurse her every 2-3 hours during the day. I pump in the morning and before I go to bed. I will also pump if it has been a while since she has nursed. With my first child I had an over abundance of milk, now I am barely "keeping my head above the water."

Pump the same time every day. And try to get some rest, as hard as that may be with 2 children. If you are very busy it is stressful on your system.

Is there any other herbal remedies or have I tapped out the other resources?

Mothers Milk Tea.......some women have good results with domperidone but it is not available in the USA
