Oh my goodness I'm sick to my stomach right now freaking the hell out.
Ok I made 2 separate orders.
The first order was placed on June 1, for $129.56, I paid $6.00 for UPS 3 day select shipping, I received an email on June 3 saying that it had been shipped. There was no shipping number though and I have not received it yet.
The second order was placed June 7th, for $77.91, I paid $8.95 for UPS ground, I received an email on June 9th saying that it had been shipped and it was delivered today.
Both payments have cleared.
I am freaking out. I'm on the phone with them right now, the lady is doing more "research" into it. Why the hell wasn't I given a tracking number on the more expensive order? It doesn't make any flippin sense and omg I think I'm going to have a panic attack if this lady doesn't get back on soon.

I'll be fine if/when they find my order and either ship it to me or refund my money. $129 is a lot of money for me. But right now I'm sick to my stomach worrying that I might be out of the money completely.
The lady is going to research it further and is going to call me back in the next 20-30 minutes.

Has anyone ever *NOT* been given a tracking number on their Gymbo orders? I'm pretty sure I've always been given one, no matter how big or small the order was.

Well, Carrie at Gymboree is AWESOME!
It was a system error and the order was never shipped even though the order was paid for and completed. Carrie is giving me a full refund for $129.56 AND she is sending out the remaining 6 items that were not out of stock from my order OVER NIGHT. AND she's giving me another 20% off coupon on top of that, and the Gymbucks.
I can breathe again and I'm quite happy with their quick and awesome customer service =)

Wow, just wow. What AMAZING customer service! They are trying to replace my ENTIRE original order, on top of giving me a full refund, the gymbo bucks and the 20% coupon. So far they have found 9 out of 13 of the items from my order and are still looking for the last 4. Talking about above and beyond!

I'm glad! I've always had great service from Gymbo. Ok, now I'm kind of hoping they lose one of my orders... :)

Wow that's amazing that they gave you all the items for free! I was going to tell you not to panic that I was sure they would get it straightened out. You paid with a cc, there is a record of that so you are pretty safe. It's awesome that they went to such lengths to fix it though!
