View Full Version : I made a Mei Tei! Come look!!!!!

I bought a pattern online and made it last night. Dd1 helped me pick out the fabric (she even sewed the pocket, with my help of course)-it kinda looks like a brown camouflage in the pics but it's not. I love it! It's soo cute and comfy, and easy to use and store. It took a long time to make it, but it was so worth it!

I made a velcro paci holder in the same fabric that is sewed in. After today I'm glad I thought of it!

It looks great! I never did figure out how to make mine fold into a pocket.

It doesn't look camo at all, btw.

Haha, thanks! I loved making it! I can't sell one like the one I made b/c it's from a pattern and copyrighted, but I told dh that I already have ideas on how to improve on the design and tweak it for improvements.

That would be ok to sell, right? As long as it isn't the exact same thing that I bought the pattern for?

Very cute!....I use a Moby but that looks so cute and simpler...also less fabric than the moby! Can you pm where you got the pattern??
