one sore breast

Two questions: my right breast is fine, my baby is latching on fine and there is no soreness. My left one is always sore, even when she is not eating. She doesn't latch on well and my breast is throbbing! What should I do? Also, this is kind of weird. On my one breast on the areola it looks like I have a pimple. I squeezed it and milk came out! Now, milk is always flowing out of this "pimple" on my areola. What is this? Is this okay?

As far as the milk leaking from the areola, it is not uncommon for this to happen and there's no need to worry about it. Now the pain. Is there a lactation consultant you can see?

I don't know. I saw one at the hospital before I was discharged but I don't know how I could see one again.
