I am currently sending frozen breastmilk from January to daycare for my son. However the other day I sent some fresh milk, but I noticed that it looked like it wasn't mixed well. I mixed it up some more, but noticed it looked like it had dots all in it. Also, I have started weaning and not pumping/nursing as much. I have heard that it can change consistency as the child gets older. I know the milk is good, just curious about why it looks like that. Is it more concentrated since I have slowed down production?

Very good questions and I don't really know the answer. Certainly it does change composition as the baby grows and the lower the amount of milk in the breast the hgher the fat content which will make it look different.
