Hello-my baby is 3mths this week. My nipples are still sore. I know that she does not have a perfect latch, but would this still be causing my nipples to hurt so much? They burn when she first latches and then when she's done I'll get a burning sensation between feedings. I also get many blisters on the nipples. I've been told that it is not thrush but tried the triple nipple antibiotic anyway and it did not help. She is now not feeding as much at night and I'm now worried that I'll lose my milk supply. I'm returning back to work in a month and will pump. Should I start training my breasts now to the pumping schedule that they will have? Do I pump instead of feed or just pump after I feed? I feel like I'm giving myself panic attacks thinking about all of this, but the sore nipples is the worst of it. I've tried the nipple guards bit even the soft shells press into the areola and just makes them even more sore.
