Hi! I started taking this combination of fenegreek, fennel and nettle last week hoping it would help me pump more efficientely and I was wondering how long it is safe to keep taking it. It seems to be working I have noticed that I can pump 2 oz out now where as before I couldn't even get an ounnce. Thanks!
