4month old nipping

Good afternoon
My 4 month old is biting down on my nipples and pulling on them. It hurts when I yell he laughs and does it again. I do not want to discourage him from the breast, but it hurts.

He may be teething as this is common behavior for a 4-6month old. He may like to elicit a response from you as well so be firm but controlled when you tell him NO and take him off. How is your let down and supply?
