Fenugreek

I have the actual herb fenugreek from the herb store. I was told to take it in a tea how much do I need to take? I only have one oz of the actual herb?

I'll have to look this up and get back to you. I am only familiar with the Mother's Milk Tea that has Fenugreek, the tincture and the capsules. I'll let you know.
