How do you use this? I read Dr. Gordon's treatment and it's very intense. I just went back to work and just don't see how I would be able to apply it every hour. Any reccomendations? Thanks!!

You can easily apply it wherever you are by excusing yourself to the restroom. All you need is a spray bottle and some distilled water. You add 15-20 drops to one ounce of distilled water, put it directly in the spray bottle and spritz the area as you need to.

You can apply it as needed and as often as once hourly but most don't even need to apply it that often. Every three hours is more than sufficient. Just make sure you are treating baby as well.

At least four times daily, dip a Q tip into the solution before nursing and swab baby's mouth, I did it at diaper changes. Just don't do it after nursing to baby, he may make a negative association with nursing.

You can spritz your own nipples after nursing. Ideally, it is best to let them hang out and air dry when possible!
