Last night by 3 1/2 month old ate at 7:20 and went to bed. She didn't wake up again to eat until 5:30. That's about 10 hours without eating. Is that too long, even at night? Should I have woken her up?

It's longer than I would have been able to allow at that age. I'd have been terribly engorged by about 6 hours. Is this normal for your baby?

Unless she's having feeding/weight gain problems, or you are having problems with low milk supply, it's perfectly okay to go by your baby's cues and let her sleep through the night at that age. If she were three WEEKS, my answer would be different, but a healthy 3-month-old who is gaining well is perfectly able to regulate her own sleep/eat cycles. If you have problems with low milk supply or engorgement, I would not recommend going that long without either waking her to nurse, or pumping your breasts.

As long as babe isn't having any growth problems or supply issues with you, I'd say enjoy the sleep. :)
At 3 months, I wouldn't wake a babe at night to eat unless there were supply or weight gain issues.

Ditto what pp said. Both my kiddos were sleeping like that at about 2 months. For us, it came to a sad end at around 6 months.
Enjoy your sleep, mama!

I don't wake Laci up to eat, but if she sleeps more than 8 hours then I will drag my butt out of bed and pump.

I'm jealous...I think my DD has only slept 6hrs straight twice in her life so far (she's 7mo.)! She's usually a 4hr gal!
But yeah I agree with pp...if there are no issues thank the sleep gods for the extra sleep :)

Enjoy your sleep!! As long as weight gain is good, I would NEVER wake a sleeping baby! :)
