Alergies

I have the worst alergies when it is nice outside. I know I can take Loratadine or Benedryl but I heard they both decrease your breastmilk. And I am already starting to wonder if my milk is decreasing so I want to stay away from both of them. Also in the past when I have taken benedryl it seems like my daughter gets drousy and sleeps all day. Is there anything I can take that is safe and will not make by baby tired all day?

I would do claritin but not claritin d.
or zyrtec.
start with a CHILD's doseage. Even half of a child's doseage.
i found that after being pregnant for 9 months and then breastfeeding for many months, that a smaller amount of meds worked on me than ever in the past. know what I mean? and if you start with a small doseage, you can see if there is any side effects for yours milk supply.
