Gas. Should I be concerned?

My DS has the worst gas. Very stinky and frequent. Even though he has his cranky times the gass doesn't seem to bother him. Should I be concerned about alergies?

I wouldn't be concerned, as long as he's gaining appropriately and the gas doesn't seem to bother him.
